The flight to Ljubljana is just over 2hrs from Gatwick, Stansted or Manchester.  From there it is just 20 mins along the pristine roads to the picturesque lakeside town of Bled.  The Julian Alps surround the town making it one of the prettiest places in Europe.  The golf course is 27 holes and considering the terrain is very well designed to make it easy to walk.  The restaurants down by the lake are excellent value even with the strong euro.  The Golf Hotel, with its superb leisure centre and pool overlooks the lake and is a short walk down the steps into town.  No car is therefore necessary.  We arrange transfers to and from airport and golf course.  The season is from June to mid October. This is the perfect summer getaway destination.  The scenery is breathtaking and the town has everything you want from a holiday destination - plenty of restaurants, good shopping and cheap beer.
